Two Numbers on Every Invoice: Our Time, and What the Parts Cost

Cost Plus Twelve, Printed Separately
Heads, shafts, grips, adapters and ferrules are ordered after your session at what our supplier charges us, plus a flat twelve percent that covers freight, handling and the risk of a part arriving damaged.
You will see the supplier price and the handling line as two separate entries on the quote. Nobody here earns a bonus for putting a particular shaft in your club, and if you would rather source a component yourself and bring it in, we will fit it and charge you labour only.
Six Things Worth Knowing Before You Book
- Session fees are due at the session. Component orders are invoiced when the parts are ordered, not when the club is collected.
- We do not take trade-ins and we do not sell used clubs. That keeps the recommendation clean.
- Nothing is released before the epoxy has had twenty-four hours. There is no rush option.
- If a build we assembled does not measure to the docket, we correct it at our cost. That has happened four times since 2009 and each one is logged.
- Cancellations inside twenty-four hours are charged half the session fee, because the bench sat empty. Weather and illness excepted, obviously.
- Junior and returning-player sessions are priced lower on purpose. Ask if you are unsure whether you qualify.
